2013 “MASH IT UP” TOUR

UniverSoul Circus has created a big top thrill-ride infused with an unparalleled global mix of circus artistry, music, dance and style – all inspired by reflections of today’s global culture. The 2013 edition of UniverSoul Circus the MASH IT UP tour – featuring seven beautiful bone-bending contortionists from Ethiopia, a dazzling ice skating act from right here in the USA, and a powerful pole act from Cuba – will be performing in Little Rock at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds May 8-12, 2013.

For the past five years, UniverSoul Circus has ranked in the top ten of Ticketmaster’s Top 25 which ranks the Top 25 Most Requested Family Events in the U.S. by fan-search requests and online event page views.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARK.—Dillon International, Inc., will present a FREE informational meeting on intercountry adoption from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Dillon International office, 4702 W. Commercial Dr., Suite B-1, in North Little Rock.

A Dillon representative will give an overview of adoption from China, Korea, Haiti, India, Hong Kong, Ghana and Colombia. Adoption programs in Ethiopia and Honduras available through an affiliation with Buckner International, will also be discussed. CONWAY, Ark. - A significant number of children's wish lists remain on the Angel Tree at the Log Cabin Democrat offices with the deadline for Christmas delivery looming.
Project Angel Tree is sponsored by the Conway Noon Optimist Club.

A significant number of children’s wish lists remain on the Angel Tree at the Log Cabin Democrat offices with the deadline for Christmas delivery looming.

Project Angel Tree is sponsored by the Conway Noon Optimist Club. 2012 efforts began with some 572 wish lists. Now 53 remain

Wish lists are collected by CAPCA, Inc. for needy children ranging from infants to 14 years old. The recipients are income-verified and the organization also compares recipients’ names to other holiday lists to prevent the duplication of services by other charitable organizations.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Are you looking for a unique Christmas experience? Look no further, the Little Rock Zoo will be opening their doors to Christmas in the Wild.

Christmas in the Wild will be held December 8 and 15, both days opening at 9:30 a.m. There will be arts and crafts for the family to participate in while sipping on hot cocoa. Santa will also be there to meet every child. Tickets will be $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
