Child porn suspect arrested in Texas | News
FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - Faulkner County has issued a warrant for the arrest of a Texas dermatologist accused of trying to sell child pornography.
Prosecutor Cody Hiland says Derek Pelletier faces up to 30 counts of possession of child pornography. And although he lives in Texas, they are awaiting his arrival to Arkansas.
According to the Dallas County Sheriff's Office in Texas, Pelletier was arrested Sunday. Hiland says each count carries up to ten years in prison.
